3259682 - Error L3344 during creation of transfer order from transfer requirement Cause The function module checks to see if the action is allowable in background processing. Check in LT04 foreground for the Transfer Requirement which user input is required. For example, most commonly if there is a QM pop-up box, this can be the reason why background processing is not allowed. In that case it is not allowable by your QM-WM configuration Resolution Please check your QM-WM config (tcode SE16-> V_T325) if you have an entry there for warehouse.  The entry should be set to allow background processing in 'Foreground/Background control for inspection sample dialog' (T325-DUNKL).  In order for that configuration to be read during background processing of the TR, it can be paired with the 'storage type search' configuration.  Maintain that by going to transaction SE16 -> V_T334T. Here, you could edit the relevant entry and set the value for 'QM Control' (T334T-QMST

Per SAP Note - 2420306, There are no change documents for the transfer order tables LTAK and LTAP. Transactions to create/confirm transfer orders will update tables CDHDR and CDPOS in the event that certain other documents are changed - e.g. if a delivery is changed (CDHDR object class 'LIEFERUNG') or if a batch is changed (object class 'CHARGE') or if a handling unit is involved (object class 'HANDL_UNIT').                                                  This is because deliveries, handling units and batches can have multiple changes and therefore require a change history; whereas a WM transfer order is transactional. At times, Business will face delay during transfer order confirmation and this might be occurred due to the handling units or data reasons and this might lead to inconvenience for business users. SAP Support team suggested to enabled delayed delivery update functionality to fix this issue and below is the path to be followed : Warehouse Management under Interfaces -> Shipping -> Shipping Control -> Shipping Control per Warehouse Number in the field Delayed Delivery Update. In some rare cases, this update might impact on the transfer order confirmation, where status of the delivery will not updated even though picking is completed. This need to be fixed by executing LX47. Thank you.
